  2. Minutes of previous Annual General Meeting

    That the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting are a true and correct record of that meeting.

  3. Annual Reports
    1. President & State Coordinator's Report.
    2. Treasurer's Report.
      Moved: VK3JM Seconded: VK3KTS Carried:
      That the Treasurer's Report be accepted.

  4. Incorporations Act 30(4) Statement Moved: VK3FGC Seconded: VK3XMU Carried:
    That the Public Officer be directed to return an Incorporations Act 30(4) Statement. to the Department of Fair Trading

  5. Election of Office Bearers for 2003/2004
    All positions were declared vacant, and the election of office bearers was conducted by the Federal WICEN Coordinator, John Weir VK3ZRV.
    1. One nomination for President & State Coordinator was received from John Kerr, VK3BAF who was declared duly elected.
    2. One nomination for Vice President & Deputy State Coordinator was received from W. Gordon Cornell, VK3FGC who was declared duly elected.
    3. One nomination for Secretary was received from Mark A. Dods, VK3XMU who was declared duly elected.
    4. One nomination for Treasurer was received from Andrew Weir, VK3HFT who was declared duly elected.
    5. One nomination for Ordinary Member were received from Gerard Werner, VK3GER who was declared duly elected.
